		<description>Digg knew that its users suffered a lot from the unbearable slow server that prevented many diggers to feel comfortable while submitting their stories, and browsing or commenting on other diggers' stories. I think it is a good decision to forbid using scripts but they supposed to warn (banned) diggers first.</description>
