Why Keyword Density is critical for your business success?

August 31, 2008 By: Newbornbusiness Category: Keywords 1 Comment →

Basically, Keyword density is the number of times a keyword occurs within a webpage and how many times the keyword is found compared to all the other words within that page. Keyword density is always expressed as a percentage of the total word content on a given web page.

Your grade for writing, Keyword Rich Content, will depend heavily on how you use your keywords and keyword phrases in your Titles, Headlines, Opening Paragraph and First Sentence of Each Paragraph.

Key density is critical because Search Engines implement this information to determine a websites theme, and which keywords the site is relevant for. The perfect Word density will help achieve higher Search Engine positions.

Keyword Density is essential for all online marketers to be successful online, to reach those high SERP and therefore to achieve their dream of becoming number one in search engines.

Learning how to write with keyword density in mind is a skill that every online business owner must take into consideration. BUT more skillful online marketers do their best to keep their content understandable.

You should take care that if you use too low Keyword Density in your content, you will not get the unique benefit of search engines. Search engines are sensitive to overuse of keywords in content as well “keyword stuffing”, too high Keyword Density and your page might get flagged for “keyword spamming”. It will not get rated very well and it probably will not get chosen by Search Engines.

How to use Keywords perfectly & gain the most of your business

April 01, 2008 By: Newbornbusiness Category: Keywords No Comments →

You are required to use key words smartly, we differ from each others while using our vocabulary; three people use three different related keywords, almost every word has a synonym or is used in a combination with other words. That is why depending on a single keyword will not work; instead to gain maximized exposure you can try using the main keyword and a combination of synonyms as well as related keywords in your content. It is important that your website appears for the keywords because the subject is the same.

But wait….That doesn’t mean to use every synonyms and related words that come to your mind; you need to be patient with the keywords. Use the main keyword and two synonyms or related terms maximum in the article.

Make sure you spell important keywords in American as well as British English. For example if you are managing to use a keyword like “jeweler”, you would want to include ‘jewelry’ and ‘jewellery’.

Be specific in your keywords selection; this can lead to more sales, It would be more effective to have 5 users interested in your product/service browse you site, rather than 25 that are interested in the general keyword you entered.

If you have a large website, you should be sure; you will have maybe hundreds of keywords to take care of at the same time. This can lead to confusion especially if you optimized each page for the related keywords. Keyword management during this time can be really helpful.

As with all forms of marketing you need to monitor the performance of each key phrase over time, drop those that aren’t working or are giving a poor return on investment and beef up those that are working well.

March 26, 2008 By: Newbornbusiness Category: Keywords No Comments →

Choosing keywords is not quite as easy as simply naming a product or category. There are many factors that should influence your decision as to what defines the right keywords.

An important tool that you can use to find the right keywords is the keyword tracking tool; Keyword tracking tools can be of immense help when finding keywords and their synonyms. Once you enter the main keyword in keyword tool, the result given will content the main keyword, as many numbers of times it is used and next would be the related keywords and synonyms. This will give you the general idea of the keywords and enable you to decipher the popularity of each of your keywords and keyword phrases. Retain the most popular or frequently searched terms and discard those that are rarely searched.

Google Adwords, Overture Search Term Suggestion Tool and Alta Vista’s Prisma are also good tools to use when choosing keywords.

After that you will need to check out each keyword and find out whether or not it is relevant for your website. Your target should be those which are useful to you in spite of their densities.

List down the most commonly used keywords for your type of business; Research your competitors and view their Meta tags to see which keywords they are using. You have to always look to update your keywords based on the feedback received from visitors to your site, customers and website logs. The Importance of Keywords

March 20, 2008 By: Newbornbusiness Category: Keywords No Comments →

Keywords or keyword phrases are those terms that a potential customer uses on a search engine to look for a product or service that a website provides.

Keywords are very important for any content, without keywords the content would not have the direction nor would it have the ability to attract search engines. Without keywords no one searching for a particular content would ever be able to find it.

Most online marketers are ready to accept the fact that search engines can bring a large volume of low cost traffic to a website, The importance of using the right keywords lies in that; whenever a term is put in for search by users, the search engine spiders start checking out Meta tags for the keyword used, after the tags search engine spiders search through the content to find out whether same keyword has been used anywhere in the content. If the density of keyword used matches its requirement, your website gets precedence.

Finding out which keywords people search for when they are looking for information on your topic is very important, whether you are writing on a blog, writing articles, or writing an ebook you will want to choose your keywords carefully before you begin to write. Using keywords is considered a form of search engine optimization.

The main purpose of everyone’s efforts is to have customers that are looking for specific products/services. Finding your specific products/services and reaching that goal can be simple with the use of the right keywords.

While choosing the right keywords is vital to the success of a marketing campaign, choosing keywords that are inappropriate will target the wrong people making the process of converting eyeballs to sales a nightmare.
