Why Keyword Density is critical for your business success?

August 31, 2008 By: Newbornbusiness Category: Keywords 1 Comment →

Basically, Keyword density is the number of times a keyword occurs within a webpage and how many times the keyword is found compared to all the other words within that page. Keyword density is always expressed as a percentage of the total word content on a given web page.

Your grade for writing, Keyword Rich Content, will depend heavily on how you use your keywords and keyword phrases in your Titles, Headlines, Opening Paragraph and First Sentence of Each Paragraph.

Key density is critical because Search Engines implement this information to determine a websites theme, and which keywords the site is relevant for. The perfect Word density will help achieve higher Search Engine positions.

Keyword Density is essential for all online marketers to be successful online, to reach those high SERP and therefore to achieve their dream of becoming number one in search engines.

Learning how to write with keyword density in mind is a skill that every online business owner must take into consideration. BUT more skillful online marketers do their best to keep their content understandable.

You should take care that if you use too low Keyword Density in your content, you will not get the unique benefit of search engines. Search engines are sensitive to overuse of keywords in content as well “keyword stuffing”, too high Keyword Density and your page might get flagged for “keyword spamming”. It will not get rated very well and it probably will not get chosen by Search Engines.

Google Suggest Can Improve Searchers Skills and Change The SEO Game

August 27, 2008 By: Newbornbusiness Category: SEO No Comments →

Google always want to help, Google Suggestions Service, is a new upcoming service that provides a list of query suggestions in real-time as users start typing in the search box, helping to formulate queries and reduce spelling errors.

Google just announced that they will start to roll out Google Suggest as a default feature for the Google.com homepage over the next week.

It will be able to improve searchers and users skills by constantly popping up suggestions when they go about their daily queries, many who never really thought of keyphrases will now start to think about them. Searchers will gain a great experience to know how to search online and get what they are really searching for.

Google Suggest will be a constant reinforcement of all online marketers efforts to think about how consumers search. they may have to adjust their planning to meet these enhanced skills. It can also be considered as an incentive for online marketers to do their best to make their websites popular and therefore to be enlisted in Google Suggestions list.
The ultimate truth now is that Google is going to cause some definite changes into the SEO Game.

Let’s see how;

For instance, when you enter “On” with Suggest, some choices will appear below the search box like, “Online Games”, “Online Dictionary”, “Online Movies”, “Online Marketing”, “Online Radio”, etc.

This way Google Suggest, with the help of Inexperienced Users, is going to make some changes into the SEO Game, as you (Online Marketers) will be forced to have your relevant keywords “Identical” to at least the top 10 results appear in the “Google’s Suggest Box”, trying to gain the best SERP (Search Engine Ranking Position).

Google declared that Suggest is based on algorithms that use a wide range of information to predict the queries users most likely to want to see. It is known that it greatly depends on the most commonly searched phrases by online searchers.
Google Suggest is going to be released gradually this week after
being in the making for four years and we don’t have any action to take unless waiting and see what will happen in the next few days.

(We are going to tackle everything about Google Suggest, and its effect on the SEO game in details in further articles, after being officially released by Google)

Will the removal of SU 200 friends limit really work?

August 26, 2008 By: Newbornbusiness Category: Social Marketing 11 Comments →

We all, who are interested in social media sites, heard about StumbleUpon’s intention to lift the 200 friends limit. Finally Stumble Upon has listened to its users who suffered a lot from constantly checking their friends to make sure that they are receiving good stumbles related to their interests. And others who also suffered from standing helpless in front of all their fans who always insist on the add as a mutual.

SU paid some attention to the call of removing the 200 friends limit and stated that they are going through just few days to remove this limit and to separate the social & content aspects of friendship on SU. So you will be able to “subscribe to someone’s favorites without necessarily becoming their friend, and become someone’s friend without necessarily seeing their stumbles”.

All of this is great and some Stumblers can see it as a long-waited new option that can facilitate their stumbling mission and make it more easier and enjoyable. They see that it will be great to follow stumbles from certain stumblers who they find their content valuable, relevant to their interests, and really want to know about. And simply opt-out of stumbles of certain friends whose interests do not match theirs.

But here is a fact that there are other Stumblers who have a wide view of this new option suggests that a Thousand friends is quite a lot to manage and this option will cause “too much” complexity, and subsequently more time spent juggling this aspect of the site, with the ability to see 1000 on the what’s new tab if you have lots of friends.

They also believe that separating friends , subscribers and their functions will result in new arguments and feuds, it will not go so smoothly for some Stumblers; it will be a new source of issues when people want to be friends instead of subscribers and vice-versa.

Some Stumblers also claim that it will be a deadly mission for someone to share a certain interesting page with his/her friends, they can spend a whole day and a night sending good stuff to their unlimited number of mutual friends. They agree that this is going to be horrible and suggests that either StumbleUpon changes its “Sharing” system to be easier and gain a new option to send pages to large number of friends at one time, or devise a new technique to share pages with friends.

So, after this over view on the upcoming change that will happen in StumbleUpon system and the removing of the 200 friends limit, we should come to an important question that “Will the removal of SU 200 friends limit really work and benefit the SU community? Or it is just a kind of propaganda to grab the eyes and spread the words about the long-waited change?The few coming days will answer”

PR vs. SERP! Can Better PR Sites Gain No SERP?

August 24, 2008 By: Newbornbusiness Category: Promote Your Business 1 Comment →

Many webmasters are confused and mix up the real differences between Google Page Rank (PR) and Search Engine Result Position (SERP). They believe that the PageRank is directly equivalent to the Search Rankings. But after doing some researches and discovering important facts about PR and SERP, I saw that I should find an answer to the frequently asked questions; Can Better PR Sites Gain No SERP? And Can Lower PR Sites Gain Better SERP? I want to reveal the fact that both (PR & SERP) are completely different, Page Rank is only one of the many factors that are included in the SERP algorithm.

SERP includes many other important factors in addition to PR such as content relevancy, freshness, keywords in domain names when it comes to ranking of a page.

On the contrary, the only factor that determines the Page Rank value is the incoming links that point to a certain page (Inbound links) These links are extremely valuable especially if they contain relevant content.

Hence having a high Page Rank does not guarantee a good SERP at all, and it is OK to for a page that has a Page Rank of 4 to receive NO Search Engine Traffic. But this doesn’t mean that PR is not important, on the contrary, PR is very important to attract quality inbound links and therefore achieve a good SERP.

Since Page Rank is only part of the whole SERP algorithm, a last advice for all webmasters that you should always aim for a high Search Engine Result Position (SERP) rather than high Page Rank (PR).

Super SEO Basics and Strategies

August 23, 2008 By: Newbornbusiness Category: SEO No Comments →

The major aim of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is to enhance your website keywords into the highest position in all kinds of search engines. But it is not so easy as you may expect.
To succeed in your SEO mission you should consider some basics and strategies and that is what we are going to tackle here:

* Writing Super Content:
Expert content is of great importance. A quality content management practice will play the role of digital billboard on web and pull traffic to your site. Websites get built with bad content won’t be favored by search engines and will end up being displayed on 100th page of Google and other search engines’ results. Sites that are just copies of other sites wont be listed, or if they are too new they may be passed over. Uniqueness and relevancy of contents displayed on your website will bring maximum traffic to your site. Always make sure that the content on your page should focus around your keywords.

* Using Super Keywords:
Density of key word on each page; Have a unique and relevant title for each page created, what is written out there would be displayed on search result pages, so you should have key words specific to your industry placed in title tag of your website, and limit your keyword phrases to one or two phrases of 2 to 3 words each.
Don not Keyword stuff in your website. This means you repeat your keywords in the content/title/headings etc. This could be either just repeating the word constantly or making the text very difficult to read. Cheating is not good for you, Search Engines will penalize you!

* Having Super Links:
Having an anchor text in inbound link will boost you search engine optimization process. It has been noted that Developing online tools that are of use to consumers, such as online loan calculators, can do much to boost inbound linking.
conducting research into competitors’ linking tactics and targeting websites are very important to have high quality links. You should take care that Search Engines penalize sites that have too many inbound links with the same text and skew their results.

* Keep Away from Super Shortcuts:
Some new marketers think there are some ways to shortcut the SEO process, but don’t be tempted these techniques will backfire and hurt your business. Techniques like keyword spamming, hidden text, link spam, meta tag stuffing and more will all end up hurting your ranking at best, and at worst will get you banned from the search engines all together.

Well these points pretty much sums up the basics of Search Engine Optimization. The key is to have your site in the top ten listings for your keywords. The trick to getting your site higher in the rankings is through the use of SEO the right way. SEO is an ongoing process for your website.

How to simply increase your page ranking

August 22, 2008 By: Newbornbusiness Category: Promote Your Business 2 Comments →

Almost everyone including many business owners and internet marketing professionals are in constant search for the fastest and easiest way to increase page rank. This is indeed a requirement of Internet marketing so that you can make more and more people see your page.

We introduce here some clues with which you can increase your page ranking properly:

The Number of Links counts, Although not the most important factor in determining a web page’s importance for a specific keyword, it is a popular way of getting up in the rankings. Every newly created page may give away a “page rank point”, either they are external or internal links.

The most important factor in getting higher ranking pages is to get a link from popular and respected web pages. A web page with page ranking of 1 will have 1 page rank point to divide up and distribute. However, a web page with a page ranking of 2 will have 10 times that! And a web page with a ranking of 3 will divide and distribute 100 “page rank points”.

You have to get as many good quality links to your page that are relevant to the content of your page as you can. It is just that simple. There are many ways to get links including, reciprocal linking with other sites, posting on blogs and forums, article marketing, and press releases, and many others.

Another effective way is to also write popular content and get SEO optimized for traffic; you need to have the traffic to push your ranking up, so keep writing interesting content that is dense with information so you get the search engine positioning and page views that you need. Always remember that your ranking is based on your last three months of traffic average traffic.

Beware that submitting your website to many, many web directories, this however is really not an effective way of obtaining a high page rank, in many cases the only thing that this will achieve is a reduction in time taken for Google to index your web pages. Hundreds of links from web directories are less beneficial than just one link from another content related website with a high page rank, as Google divides the benefit of the site with page rank between all of the other sites which it links to.
